1. Download and install the ALEXBANK Mobile Banking app on your mobile device.
2. If you are a current Internet Banking service user, please call our Contact Center on 19033 to request your Mobile Banking Service activation code.
3. For new users, please visit the nearest ALEXBANK branch and fill in the Electronic Banking Services application form in order to access Internet Banking and Mobile Banking services.
